The hotel had spacious rooms and clean bathrooms. The pool was well maintained and available for use at all times. the hotel was in close proximity to a variety of dining options and a supermarket, making it easy to find affordable meals and snacks.
The hotel fell short of our expectations. The restaurant was closed, and the pool closed early in the evening.

The rooms were clean and modern and the pool area beautiful. The receptionist was very friendly.
The hotel is located in a small city where there aren't many services. It was even difficult to get a decent meal in the city during the day of closure (Monday). The hotel also has an apparently nice looking pool-side restaurant, but both the quality of food and service are disappointing. In addition, the food is much more expensive than food in restaurants all around Italy (even more expensive than in the restaurants of Capri!). The rooms are nice, clean and well equipped and offer you a nice stay if you don't need anything else.

Friendly and helpful staff, peaceful pool area, comfortable rooms with air conditioning, convenient location near major routes to Rome, enjoyable outdoor breakfast.
It was all superb.

Good hotel overall. Reception attendant nice, available and helpful. Convenient access to Cicero National Park.
Restaurant over-priced and bad service (waiter protested our insufficient order, did not provide a bill, just final sum). Charge 10 Euro for baby cot even though hotel was empty. Somewhat hard to find at night. Would rate the hotel at 20% lower than what we paid (Euro 120).

This hotel was within a 5 minute walk to the centre of Pontinia. We found enough good cheap places to eat out at which is all you need after a day out although there arn't alot. This is a good base to get from and to places which is about 30 mins to the beach and the mountains, so if you want the best of both this is ideal. The hotel is spotless and the rooms are quite large. Our room had a balcony but some rooms don'T. The pool is large surrounded by the restaurant with tables outside and the garden is a credit to the hotel. The hotel pool and gardens were lit up outside at night and was very impressive.
You need a car to get here as you need to travel to get to places. The only little moan we had about the hotel is that there were 2 weddings on while we were there. We couldn't use the pool 1 day and 2 nights we couldn't sit around the pool and gardens as it was occupied by the wedding guests. We still sat outside at the front though to have a beer. Also in preparation to the weddings and cleaning up, the staff were busy around the pool for 3 days, so you felt like you couldn't relax the same and that you were in the way. We had to move a couple of times while they were cleaning. This is a very small moan and it hasn't put us off. We would definately go to this hotel again.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! the pool area was absolutely stunning and well-maintained. Since not many guests used it, I often had it all to myself, which was a dream. the young lady who served breakfast was incredibly lovely and made me feel right at home. the location of the hotel was also great as it provided easy access to beautiful beaches and fascinating Roman sites.
That the wireless internet connection was a bit unreliable.

The cleanliness of the hotel was good. Room was sufficient and well appointed. Breakfast was adequate but not brilliant. The resident parrot was lovely! The pool and gardens looked very inviting, but time wasn't on our side to enjoy this. The lady who looked after us at breakfast was really nice!
The initial reception was concerning (I just expected at least a smile!)

The pool area was fantastic, clean and well-maintained. We had a great time swimming and sunbathing there. the restaurant served delicious food and had a good selection of wines. It was great to have a comfortable room with air conditioning, spacious and clean. the staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay enjoyable. the free Wi-Fi worked perfectly and we had no issues with the connection. the hotel also had a free car park with plenty of spaces, which was convenient.
The breakfast was not up to our expectations, it could have been better. the pillows in the room were too hard and not comfortable to sleep on.

swimming pool was very good; the rooms were good
The breakfast was very poor. Is this perhaps an Italian brakfast? Once, there was not even a normal piece of bread to eat anymore at 9am. No parking for hotelguests when there is a feast + music till late and much noise during the night, what made it difficult to sleep. We missed a little refrigerator in the room.
